Michael Said, an American-German investor and current owner of Silent Yachts, plays a pivotal role as Chairman of the Board. Through his acquisition vehicle, Helios Yacht Investments GmbH, Michael has revitalized Silent Yachts, ensuring the continuation of yacht production. As a client himself, with a Silent 62 3-Deck in build, he brings a unique perspective and commitment to the brand. His leadership is key to executing a robust five-year growth strategy, leveraging fresh funding and innovative design.

Steve Bell, serving as Vice-Chairman, brings extensive experience from manufacturing businesses across Britain and Germany, alongside his qualifications as a sailing and motor yacht trainer. His role is crucial in supporting the new management team and overseeing the business’s growth. Bell’s dedication to sustainable yachting and strategic acumen ensures Silent Yachts remains a leader in the industry.

Fabrizio Iarrera is an esteemed veteran of the Italian yachting sector with a distinguished career in leadership roles at prominent yachting companies. He served as General Manager at Atlantis S.p.A. of the Azimut Benetti S.p.A., co-founded Monte Carlo Yachts S.p.A. of Groupe Beneteau S.A., and was its Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2020. Since 2020, he has been the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dolce Vita Yachts Srl.  At Silent Yachts, Iarrera has restructured the entire organization, optimizing the business model to ensure efficiency and growth. His initiatives have streamlined processes at the Fano shipyard securing timely yacht deliveries, and his leadership and dedication have positioned Silent Yachts on a strong footing for a bright future.
