Nos complace revelar que SILENT-RESORTS anuncia la apertura del primer club residencial totalmente sostenible del mundo con energía solar en la isla Elizabeth, en las impresionantes Bahamas.

Dado que SILENT-RESORTS forma parte de SILENT-GROUP, un equipo experimentado ha estado buscando una ubicación desde la presentación del concepto en 2020.

Al poner un pie en las Bahamas, inmediatamente quedó claro que se había encontrado la escapada perfecta. La isla Elizabeth, ubicada a pocos minutos de Great Exumas, es una de las islas más prístinas y exóticas del mundo.

CLUB KI´AMA

Club Ki’ama representa la primera oportunidad de copropiedad que combina lujosas casas frente al mar que funcionan con energía solar con una flota de yates SILENT que funcionan con energía solar, así como un club de playa, un spa y un restaurante.

Todos los propietarios podrán disfrutar de un mínimo de cinco semanas de vacaciones al año, incluidos 10 días a bordo de un SILENT. Al aterrizar en el aeropuerto internacional de Exuma, los miembros del club pueden llegar a la isla desde el muelle de George Town en 10 minutos en un taxi acuático eléctrico.

RESIDENCES

In total, the resort will feature 16 solar powered four-bedroom residences and 8 SILENT yachts (SILENT 60 & 80 Series). The single story club residences on land will feature 10 -12 ft ceilings for enhanced ventilation and light.

Out of 36 acres of total area on Elizabeth Island, 18 % will be used for resort development. This purposeful design enables the vast majority of the landscape of the island to remain completely untouched and left in its natural habitat.

As the visionary behind the concept, SILENT-RESORTS CEO Victor Barret has been seeking for several ways to express his passion for sustainable development. With the help of state-of-the-art solar technology and eco-friendly building practices, we are beyond excited for the club to offer owners and their guests a smart and responsible way to explore the pristine waters of the Caribbean.

Furthemore, through its global non-profit organization SILENT-CATCH, 1% of the turnover made by SILENT-RESORTS will support the electrification of the local artisanal fishing fleets, preserve mangrove habitats and fund reef restoration.
