Nous sommes ravis d’annoncer l’inauguration du premier club de résidence au monde fonctionnant entièrement à l’énergie solaire et durable sur la magnifique île Élisabeth, aux Bahamas !

SILENT-RESORTS, faisant partie intégrante du SILENT-GROUP, a mobilisé une équipe expérimentée dans la recherche d’un site depuis la présentation du concept en 2020.

En arrivant aux Bahamas, il est apparu évident que le lieu idéal avait été découvert. L’île Élisabeth, située à quelques minutes de Great Exuma, se distingue comme l’une des îles les plus préservées et exotiques au monde.

CLUB KI´AMA

Le Club Ki’ama offre une opportunité exclusive de copropriété, mariant des résidences de luxe alimentées par l’énergie solaire en bord de mer à une flotte de yachts solaires SILENT, ainsi qu’à un club de plage, un spa et un restaurant.

Chaque propriétaire bénéficiera d’au moins cinq semaines de vacances par an, comprenant 10 jours passés à bord d’un yacht SILENT. À leur arrivée à l’aéroport international d’Exuma, les membres du club peuvent rejoindre l’île depuis le quai de George Town en seulement 10 minutes grâce à un bateau-taxi électrique.

RESIDENCES

In total, the resort will feature 16 solar powered four-bedroom residences and 8 SILENT yachts (SILENT 60 & 80 Series). The single story club residences on land will feature 10 -12 ft ceilings for enhanced ventilation and light.

Out of 36 acres of total area on Elizabeth Island, 18 % will be used for resort development. This purposeful design enables the vast majority of the landscape of the island to remain completely untouched and left in its natural habitat.

SILENT-CATCH NON PROFIT

As the visionary behind the concept, SILENT-RESORTS CEO Victor Barret has been seeking for several ways to express his passion for sustainable development. With the help of state-of-the-art solar technology and eco-friendly building practices, we are beyond excited for the club to offer owners and their guests a smart and responsible way to explore the pristine waters of the Caribbean.

Furthemore, through its global non-profit organization SILENT-CATCH, 1% of the turnover made by SILENT-RESORTS will support the electrification of the local artisanal fishing fleets, preserve mangrove habitats and fund reef restoration.
