We have Fractional Ownership Yachts available in 2025 in Palma De Mallorca and the Bahamas
Yacht Co-Ownership, also called Fractional Yacht Ownership or Yacht Share is when you own a yacht on a fractional basis. You own a share and split the purchase price and annual operating costs of your luxury yacht with the other owners.
A share is an 1/8th of the yacht. You can have one or more shares in one vessel. Each share allows the owner 6 weeks onboard. You can purchase multiple 1/8th shares.
Each Yacht comes with a professional crew of 2 to make your experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Weeks are allocated so that each 1/8th share allows:
- 3 weeks between November and April
- 1 week during May or June
- 1 week during July or August
- 1 week during September or October
There are options to exchange or leave your weeks available for charter to cover the annual cost of ownership
